How many grants are offered each year? I was wondering what chance you have of getting one, or does everyone get one who meets the correct criteria.
Can I get an application for a grant request? We do not have our tax exemption status yet so our city needs to approve the letter of inquiry before we can submit.
Thanks, Jill Schull, Scappoose DOG
