The first replacement you got was by going through the school fundraiser company? That would be the best way to handle it. Otherwise if it is a Yankee Candle brand product you might contact them directly. http://www.yankeecandle.com

i ordered item #1141215 catalogue #182 t/b fancy shell (c) from my sons school fundraiser and the shell cracked during its first use. i returned the item and recieved another. once again the shell cracked on its first use. what can i do? the item is a tart warmer and it seems the heat from the tealight underneath is cracking the shell eventhough i trimmed the wick on the tealight. i love yankee candle scents and would love to have this taken care of.
